    Rotary Park is a nature park located on 111.3 acres. Boasting over 5 miles of hiking/biking trails. There is a LONG stretch of paved path as well as numerous wooded paths.

  2. Coy Lacy Park

    This park sits on 3.4 acres of land and has a 1/4 mile loop walking path, benches and open space. It is located in a cute little neighborhood that you can easily extend your distance into if you’re not into laps.

  3. Dixon Park

    Dixon Park has many amenities such as a pavilion, playground, basketball courts and an amphitheater. All of these are connected by paved path giving you more than ample opportunity to get your lunch break walk in - bonus- this park is on a slope so your walk can have the benefit of an incline!

  4. McGregor Park

    Stroll along the Cumberland River at McGregor Park. This destination is a popular spot to take a walk/run for a close view of the Cumberland River. Enjoy 1 mile of paved path.

  5. Liberty Park

    This park is also located on the Cumberland River and also has a path around a large pond. This is a bustling park with a lot to offer including miles of paved trails.
